Online Credit/Debit Card: For your convenience, you can Pay Online in a safe secure environment. Simply click the "Go Pay Now" button to your right. See below for the types of cards we accept.
24 Hour Drop Box: Located on the East side of the building. Payments after 4:00pm will be processed the next business day.
Office Lobby: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 4PM - Our friendly cashier will be glad to assist. Cards are not accepted after 4pm in lobby.
By U.S. Mail: Send your payment coupon with a check or money order to 3050 East Main Street, Columbus, Ohio 43209. Be sure to note your account number on your check.
CREDIT and DEBIT cards: We accept Visa & Mastercard DEBIT and Discover cards. We also accept Visa/MC DEBIT at the Teller Desk in our lobby as well as Online. Visa/MC CREDIT is not allowed by Visa/MC.
Past Due?
In the unfortunate event that you are past your due date beyond *10 days, here's how to get your account **up to date fast!
Credit/Debit Card: Pay Online Now or call during normal business hours and our helpful staff will take your payment
over the phone. Have your card handy during this transaction. *You must be past your due date beyond 10 days to pay via phone. Under 10 days past due? Get up to date fast by paying on-line!
Call 614.236.8541 and press option 1.
* Call-in program only available to customers in default. Do to call volume, you may be required to leave a message. Our representative will return your call.
Do not leave card information on the voice mail. Payments after 4:00pm will be processed the next business day.
** IMPORTANT: Please note that our acceptance of payment past the due date of your account does not waive our right to declare your account in default and to invoke any and all
remedies should a future payment be made late. Strict adherence to your payment due date is required, regardless of how many times we have previously accepted a late payment. Our goal is to
help our customers rebuild positive credit history. Paying your account on time may improve your credit score and future ability to obtain credit.
Finally, communication is key to keeping you in the driver s seat. If you ever have trouble making your payment on time, you must call us at 614.236.8541 option 1. We will always try to work with you to keep your account in good standing, but we can only try to help if you call.
